Delaware Bobcats - C and D level. The Delaware Bobcats (est. 1975) is a women's organization based out of the University of Delaware Rinks in Newark, DE. Our organization is dedicated to providing a fun and competitive atmosphere for women and girls who love to play hockey or just want to learn. If you’ve played hockey - great! If not, that’s okay too! You don’t have to have any hockey experience to join the Delaware Bobcats - just a desire to try! Some of our players began playing hockey after several years of figure skating; others began playing after years of watching their husbands, brothers or kids play; and others just said “what the heck, it looks like fun!" We happily accept new players any time of year, regardless of hockey experience (or lack thereof).
The Delaware Bobcats field two teams in the UWHL (a C level team and a D level team). So regardless of whether you've played several years or are just starting out, there's a place for you on one of our teams.
